The Southern Nevada Health District Tobacco Control Program works to prevent youth and young adult initiation, eliminate exposure to secondhand smoke, promote quitting, and eliminate tobacco-related health disparities.
Free signage and materials are available to stakeholders located in Southern Nevada. The SNHD Tobacco Control Program will mail and deliver all materials at no cost. Materials are regularly updated to reflect current trends and research regarding tobacco control topics.
The SNHD Tobacco Control Program also offers free technical assistance to health care providers, businesses, educators and administrators, and multi-unit housing communities to support tobacco cessation and decrease exposure to secondhand smoke.
